  The staff are very friendly and helpful however, the food has been soggy old or not filled to correct size at every visit. I spent $33 on three burgers and fries only to get a half full container and a burger that was old and soggy! It was so gross that I couldn't finish it. I also had to tell three different employees that my order was to go. Worth driving farther, don't waste your money here.

  Horrible customer service one of the mangers there is very rude and has a attitude she shouldn't be working their if she can't have a decent conversation let alone being a manager without being rude . Second thing the food is horrible I think the chicken was sitting for about a hour it was DISGUSTING if you order form here all ways order FRESH food unless you want a old soggy chicken and cold fries. Definitely will be reporting that store and the heath department or someone needs to show up unannounced and see how it is on a daily basis and get something done about that place .

  The most disgusting place that I have ever been. The front counter associate kept wiping her face and nose and then touching the our food. Do not eat here!

  Absolutely disgusting. Utterly disgusting. I am a very picky person. I ordered a simple only ketchup double cheeseburger. I hate absolutely mayonnaise. And what did they put on it? Mayonnaise. No ketchup in sight, just mayonnaise. I did not eat it, but I was still hungry, so I went to a McDonald's instead. 1/10, do not recommend for picky eaters, I will NOT be returning to the Clarksburg Wendy's.

  I got the biggie bag with the cheeseburger and chicken nuggets, specifically asked for nothing other than cheese and ketchup on my burger for my restrictions, and I get home open my bag and my food had everything on the burger and I also purchased on of the boo books and didn’t receive it. The lady who took my order was a little rude, the man at the window was very pleasant!
