    Gave me my drinks but ordered 4 burritos and got none. If you can’t READ paper you should choose a different profession.

    went through the drive thru, didn’t receive the whole order, came back and explained it, then again did not receive what we ordered. Came back to explain what had happened and was argued that we were not charged, and had to explain we had the receipt and were charged. Got up to the window where they begin walking around the station with our bag of food while laughing, looking at us, and then finally handing it out the window to us .. definitely do not trust that situation, or my food now! no straws for our drinks .. we come here because it is late, but for months now we have had nothing but bad food, and service.

    Quesadilla not properly filled, massive gaps with nothing. Tacos barely filled. At least it tasted good I guess. Employees are nice!

    I was walking in as the doors were closing for the night for the inside area. My vehicle is over 9 ft tall so I couldn't go through the drive-thru. The manager was kind enough and gracious enough to understand my predicament and let me come in and order our food. We had been working a 16-hour day on top of a cell tower and we were starving and Taco Bell is the best for our money at this the moment and so I just want to thank the manager on 9/9/25. She was amazing and so was the crew they were supposed to be off the clock and they still stuck around until we got our food and left so thank you
