All good reviews this Taco Bell has is from getting free stuff from giving a review. All real ones have the same complaints about substitutions and requests being wrong. I just got food from here and requested extra sauce and didn’t receive any at all for atleast the fifth time. Always disappointing.

When I took a bite it had burger instead of black bean(actually not a trace of black bean in it) This is especially frustrating when the name itself specifically state black bean. Will never order from here again.
