- SKSara KeelingFeb 13, 20265.0ordered the big dinner box last night upgraded to cheese bread for an extra 2$ its a good bit of food for 30$! extremely happy and were all full with an extra 3am snack! lol. place was very clean. food was AMAZING! food was done in about 15-20 mins for pick up! i could eat 100lbs of the honey bbq chicken alone! will definitely be ordering again soon!!!!
- SCStephanie CollinsFeb 11, 20262.0Super Bowl Sunday I was charged $52.48 for someone else’s Order I have contacted the store multiple times and spoke to the manager Rachel and Pauline. None of which has got me my refund. It has left me no choice, but to dispute these charges with my bank you cannot get a hold of Pizza Hut at the higher level. I do not recommend placing an order with them unless you were using cash. this store must’ve recently got a new manager because I have never had this issue before. Normally this Pizza Hut is on it and takes care of their customers. This is unacceptable to charge someone $52.46 for an order that was not theirs and put them through all of this for a refund. It should have been refunded the night. The mistake was made, but according to them it’s Super Bowl Sunday were too busy. You should never be too busy to take care of a customer.
