  The reason for not giving a 5 star is the pot hole I. The drive thru will swallow a truck. Get it fixed or atleast mark it so people do not tear up their cars. No napkins on a drive thru order was the other reason. Overall love the food.

  Jimmy Johns has a good variety of sandwich options and as a franchise seems to have a great businesss philosophy . As a whole, JJ consistently provides great food at a decent price point. This location is freestanding with a drive thru, which is nice . The employees is this locations biggest asset. Always patient and helpful, the staff makes the KC JJ worth the drive and keeps us coming back.

  The food was awesomeness. The customer service was not poor but fair, for younger generation. The amount of time to prepare the order was a little on the longish side, considering the only person in the drive thru, and watching them make the order. They Paused a couple times and spent 30 seconds to a minute to do whatever on their phone not once but twice. That. For myself, some may think it's o.k. ,but I considered it to be rude and wasn't appreciated, I mean, whatever happened to customers come first. That could had been a minute or two of the 15 minutes of me waiting, that I wouldn't had to have waited. 10-12 minutes instead of 15 is always better. Only reason I am rating this 3 stars. The employees should not even be allowed on their personal phones during work hours anyway.
