He arrived at the location and they said that they didn’t have his order. After my husband showed them his order and the location on the app they still refused to make the food and said that there was nothing that they could do. They said he would have to file for a refund online. My husband then didn’t have time to get food anywhere else and had to go back to work without eating lunch. I’m beyond angry and disappointed at the way they handled this situation. There is no reason for them not to make his meal.

I just wanted a piece of grilled chicken because I know it's all protein. Young fella behind the counter really tried to look for gluten free options for (1) and when I chose a taco salad (chili & lettuce) he verified my choice and then asked about hot sauce. Well I love hot sauce. He went on to offer the opinion that the yellow packet was better than the black but gave me both. Upon seating I read the ingredients for both. The young man was correct, the yellow pack was more of what I wanted. The black pack was mostly vinegar. I feel insulted that my taste buds should interpret the same ingredient as both sour and hot. The yellow pack is the way to go!! Also, best pop machine's ever. Peach Mellow Yellow. I was never a fan of Mellow Yellow until they added peach in that fancy machine. Try it!!
