The changing table in the restroom was absolutely disgusting, which is unacceptable—especially for families traveling with infants. There were no tray liners available, so we had to place our food directly on a dirty tray. The fries were cold, the soda machine wasn’t working, and our kids’ meal didn’t even include a toy. To make matters worse, the high chair was so filthy that I didn’t feel comfortable using it and ended up holding my baby while trying to eat. This location clearly needs better cleanliness standards and attention to basic customer service, especially for families. We won’t be stopping here again.
