Washington St Taco Bell (with the manager cussing me after giving us a bag of food covered in womens scented lotion) the Manager at this Taco Bell was absolutely wonderful, understanding, and just all around great. Every experience that I have had at this Taco Bell has been wonderful and very pleasant! This is by far the best Taco Bell!
