Dont have good memory of her name but it starts with a K, like Katie or something along those lines. She gives stank faces and is unkind to the employees. Also hangs up on callers. She should invest in Mcdonalds or Taco bell, not an environment like Panera. I am surprised she got the job considering Panera has a strict employee hiring and “only hires the best”. Such a bad look on this location, wont be coming back.
