At least keep the cheese somewhere warm—no one wants a cold slab on their sandwich. I get that you don’t melt it, but this is the only McDonald’s where you’ll get a sloppy burger and cold cheese. Insane. On a positive note, the older lady who works the first window is always quick, polite, & efficient. She’s the only reason this gets any stars at all.
