I had missing items and wrong orders about 5 times this month (Dec. 2025) Missing hashbrowns - sausage egg and cheese McGriddle with no eggs- honey for pancakes. They are consistently inconsistent. They do not follow directions or listen. They are better if you go in store - but I do not recommend DoorDash - they will mess you over. Allison was previously helpful and I appreciate her - Julie did not help as much and told me to call about it - I will :)

I definitely perfer this one as the food is always on point and always correct even when I customize it, which i appreciate. If you are having a late night, it's nice that this locations lobby stays open til 1am. Very convenient. Clean. Good service.
