  I havent eaten here in a couple years because of previous poor experiences that drove me away from "fast," food. I stop to get a biscuit and a hashbrown and had me pull into the first bay to wait on my hashbrown. I sat around for over 20 minutes for a hashbrown. Happily handing out everyone else's orders except for mine, forcing me to go inside and ask yet again for my food. Thanks for reminding me why I wont return.

  I rarely use fast food businesses. But, this time was pleasant, and the working folks added to that event. Im not opposed to the model. I simply cant take the food in, as my body just diesnt do well with the current model of offerings. It didnt used to be that way. But, my family like the products. So, I am happy to use them, when available. The staff was welcoming, while the location was readily accessible. We were met with professionalism and the food was fresh and hot. While the products used, seemed enjoyable. It was a fast and positive experience. That means a lot, whike on a long drive, and trying to meet time. Im thankful for those doing the work. And those making it available. Together, we fill a need. In many ways.

  Worked a 12 hour shift today and thought oh I’ll go to McDonald’s and have a quick easy dinner. I waited in the drive thru for my mobile order for 8 minutes and then they park me for another 5. They forget my shamrock shake & then when I took off they didn’t put the lid on it well. It flung all over my car. I could’ve saved my $20 and ate a grilled cheese at home. Instead I wasted all that time plus another 30 minutes cleaning the shake out of my car.

  This is the worst food and experience I have ever had my husband and I just stopped in. We waited 20 minutes for our food no big deal we received our meals the gravy was ice cold the has browns was soggy oily and cold our sandwichs was cold and our egg yolk was green to make it work I bite into my sandwich there is egg shells in it no big deal picked it out accidents do happen take another big and another egg shell this time the size of a nickel are you kidding me. I finally have enough take the eggs shell and food up and she say oh no big deal would like new food as I am standing there someone else comes up with the same problems. I refuse more food remind you we have only taken 2 bites at this point and she can't give us a refund only new food. 😡 I understand it's fast food but 30$ is alot and if they care about the quality they would have better business you cannot tell me they didn't see the big egg shell not only in my food but other people complained of cold food and egg shell as well. Very disappointed
