They parked every single car they got they had every space and the parking lot next door filled. They made us wait they our food wasn't even hot. Fries weren't filled properly just tossed together. So why did I wait ? The girl at the speaker seemed uninterested in her job could bother to open the window to ask/give me my receipt.

When I asked the associate, they sounded surprised that they have it on the self ordering kiosk and took time to find it on their screen. Once ordered, it took forever to get the latte. Took a good 10-15 mins for it to be ready.
