  I got food poisoning from eating here. I was gagging and throwing up after eating here. My and two friends all got the toasted chicken bacon ranch wrap and two of us got lettuce and the other did not. Me and the other girl who got lettuce were not feeling well after eating. I guess something was up with the lettuce.

  My food wasn’t made right called ask for manger she was very rude and disrespectful, I’m allergic to tomatoes and made sure it was on my order not to put them on my food , she said where it was an online order she was doing nothing and hung up the phone rude and disrespectful she doesn’t know what customer services, especially when the mistake was on their side

  This place DARES to call its self a JJs. Horrible franchise I hope. Very VERY rude staff I waited an hour for an order for GrubHub, paid for parking, then they tell me they gave it out by accident and refused to remake it. I spend my money doing this on Jimmy John's, so now I don't. You all also lost me as a 1099 driver and a customer today. Doesn't mean much but I would rather tell my clients whom ive but relationships yall to CHEAP to remake a sandwich and a medium drink!
