  They refused to sell me the new bbq Mac and cheese bowl entree for the price that’s listed on the drive thru menu for $6.49. I wanted the one with pulled pork which is listed for that price. The woman working the drive through kept saying “Well it’s ringing up $8.99 on the computer sorry.” I don’t understand what happened to customer service but back in my day I had to honor the prices that are listed on the menu.

  Ordered a shake but the lazy employees shut it down at 6:30pm so they can leave early. They're just as bad as McDonald's.

  The sandwich was pretty good, I got fries and they were cold and I couldn't revive them by reheating them

  Most meals are really good here but every bow and then you get a meal with dead fries or dead mozzarella sticks. We got the new box meals and by the time I got home 20 mins later, all the fries were WAY DEAD so you could tell they weren't fresh and same with the cheese sticks. The chicken on the sandwiches was over cooked, I didn't even eat mine. But like I said that was once out a bunch of trips. Also I don't recommend the steak bites at all on anything or by themselves, they are always burned black and hard as rocks so don't waste your money. Service is polite and only gets backed up every now and then. But if ya want fresh fries and cheese Stix, ya just gotta tell them. We will definitely eat there again.
