  At first I had a few issues with my order, but after reaching out, the manager personally called me and apologized along with helping me resolve the issue. Amazing Customer service!

  First time ever going to this location It's new, didn't know it was there until yesterday decided to go there tonight for dinner great food. Great store, great employees. And the best Customer service, amazing stories i give it a 5 star. I recommend Jimmy John's in Charlestown. Patrick Henry

  1st time in New store. Couldn't hear the girl at the register at all music was loud and she whispered. Ordered a veggie sandwich on wheat to go. Whwn I opened it i got the shock of my life. Nothing on it for my 9.08. You can't watch them make it like subway or jersey Mike's. I feel I was ripped off big time I have a picture of it if you guys want to see it how pathetic. I will stick with subway and their prices are better!!!
