Charles Town has an awesome Taco Bell, a beacon of fast food perfection in a land of chain store choices. Staff here has always been pleasant with me, my orders are always correct and nice and hot.

Imagine being so greedy as an owner that you won't give a customer (who paid for a soda) a cup of ice water. I get not giving it to random people off the street, but treating PAYING customers like that is absolutely disgusting. All so you can get 3 extra bucks because they didn't know you can't get water instead of soda so they now have to buy an extra bottle. What a scam. Staff is great and friendly but clearly constantly overwhelmed because everything takes forever and sometimes the drive threw line is long enough to lead out onto the street. They clearly aren't paid enough for people to want jobs here, or else the owner is too cheap to actually hire staff and the for hire signage is there so he can promise he's trying and claim no one wants to work anymore. How you treat your people (customers and employees) matters.

Constantly messes up our orders, gets rude and nasty with us when we ask them to remake it. There have been times where they straight up refuse to help us. Waste of money and time.

Food is your typical taco bell food nothing special. BUT the drive thru??? THAT is the massive complaint here. That needs to be fixed. Sitting in a drive thru line for 20+ minutes is insane!
