On top of that, anytime I order a burrito they burn the tortilla to a point it’s EXTRA crispy almost inedible. The chicken is always EXTRA crispy to a point it’s burnt. Fire the chefs please. I beg yall to fire the cooks and make sure the people who work the window are friendly. One time I had a lady laugh in my face because She forgot something. What’s funny about messing up my order? All I ask is to get my order right, cook the food properly and have some professionalism. They take forever at the window as well.
