- HGHailie G.Sep 12, 20251.0They forced a tip onto the order that couldn't be declined. It wasn't stated anywhere in the restaurant that there was a mandatory tip forced at the card reader. I personally prefer to tip based on service and I like to tip well; there was no option to edit the amount given either. Every time I visit this location there is a problem either with service, quality, or staff. From adult managers verbally abusing younger staff members infront of customers, not listening to requests for orders even though I offered to pay extra for the double tomatoes I wanted, and varying quality of ingredients during my visits. I repeatedly give this location buissness due to my personal preference for the Subway brand but this is the only location I have ever been disappointed by. This will be my last time visiting, unfortunately the tip situation was what crossed the line. The server creating my meal deserved more than the 3 dollars the reader forced and I also believe I should be able to not tip if i had been given truely terrible service. No where in the store did it state this would be forcefully added to my bill, I walked around the room twice to be sure I didn't miss any notices that may have gone unnoticed.
