They allow dogs in the store. Not a service animal (or at least not a real one) was riding around in some lady's shopping cart. You know, where people put their FOOD. No staff intervened or asked her and her dog to leave the store. I have a REALLY hard time believing that your yappy Pomeranian was a service animal. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) do not qualify as service animals and thus are not protected under the ADA. You can tell these folks to leave. Reported the incident to the health department and will continue to do so every time I witness another dog in a grocery store. For all reading this, leave your dog at HOME.

I hadn't said a word beyond hello when Travis (a bag boy) picked his moment to be exceptionally rude, snapping at me that I should have put my basket under the checkout lane- a place where there were no signs and no other baskets. When I pointed this out, he said " well people have always done that." Like I was some sort of idiot. We were ten feet from the entrance, it would have made more sense to put it back there and not make more work for the other staff members on my way out of the store. The cashier he was working with seemed to realize that he was being rude and tried to make up for it by being extra polite and helpful. Her name started with an A, hope she gets praised.

The staff was very helpful. I wanted some everything bagels. They didn't have any large bagels in the bakery area. So an employee grabbed some from the freezer in the back of the store for me.

If the bakery manager treats a customer poorly and with the utmost disrespect over purchasing poppy seed in bulk 2 cups. I feel sorry for the employee’s . They went to the extend to get a small shaker from the shelf and show how much the tiny little bit cost and said they didn't know how to charge for it. If your gonna the be that ignorant you didnt have to sell anything.
