My order was taken from somebody when i arrived for my order it was gone … i think you guys should have PIN CODES FOR THE LOCKERS AND THEN IT COULD OPEN JUST LIKE HOW LITTLE Ceasers HAS IT just a suggestion for future incidents but food was good gets the job done thank you.

The price is nearly double what you would pay at Martinsburg. if you use one of the apps like Grubhub even if you are picking up yourself. If you use the Buffalo app it is still more than it would be if you order from Martinsburg. Not to mention they don’t have the full menu options. What a disappointment. I’ll gladly drive to Martinsburg for less money and the real deal.

Went in after the time to pick up and they said it would be at least another hour and a half. Asked for a refund and they didn’t know how nor were they willing to try. I’m sure they were overwhelmed but customer service is lacking. They should be able to an issue a refund and for a new establishment, shouldn’t they have a manager at all times? Now, instead of being able to cancel our order, we have to do a charge back on our credit card because they wouldn’t do it.
