    So disappointed with my trip today… I called an hour ahead to place an order and I get there and they state that their printer is broken and my order isn’t ready… I understand if the paper wasn’t full but like why didn’t someone look after my order was placed to make sure it printed…. Nothing offered to me but an apology on a holiday day I wanted to spend with my family.. very disappointed and even more upset that I heard the sly comments made about my frustration.

    Pizza is some of the best around, overall good service. Bathrooms are a little old and rickety but still clean.

    Called in a pizza for dinner. Took forever to answer the phone. Ok maybe they’re busy. Got there 3 customers 2 tables. 4 employees and they had no record of my order. Asked if I wanted to place an order. I said no and walked out

    We sat down and a young man got our drinks ordered and brought them back. He didnt ask for our food order but we gave him the benefit of the doubt. 2 families came in and got their orders taken as soon as they sat down by a young lady. We were there for 30+ minutes waiting for him to take our order and he didnt. We decided to walk out. My husband made eye contact with him and he made no initiative to make things right, so we walked out. We came here another time and they were fine. I would say that young man needs to do better at serving paying customer’s. We also had a small child, no one (especially a child) wants to sit there hungry, waiting forever for your order to be taken. I should also say we were very kind to him when he brought our drinks, as we are young ourselves.
