  My wife and I do not have an Arby's near our home but whenever we are on a road trip, it's one of our go to stops. We never felt the need to leave a review but the Arby's in Charles Town made an impression. The 4 young men working here were high energy. Service was fast and they were working as a team. We even got to enjoy a little country music (some of it sung by the staff). Thanks guys - You made our day, made us smile and we will surely be back next time we're passing through Charles Town!

  So had a coupon for 2 classic roast beef,2 french fries,2 small cokes and 1 order of mozzerlo sticks..we went thru drive thru and gave order and asked for xtra mayo on sandwiches with lettuce and tomatoes..I love Arby's Classic Roast but was not happy because it took them 10 minutes to get order together. Our french fries were cold and no mayo at all on sandwich and no straws for our drinks..for over $16 this should have been a better experience. Had to take my sandwich home to put mayo on it..so disappointed..I have worked in fast food and it's not that hard..not to mention we were the only ones in line ordering and waiting..not sure that I will ever come back to many other places to go..

  ALWAYS MISSING SOMETHING FROM MY ORDER. Today it's a 3 piece potato cake instead of the 4 I paid for. It's been sauces, sandwich and drinks before. So annoying every single time. Why can't you do your jobs right???????
