- KTKurt TarvisNov 17, 20254.0Aside from Kiosk ordering inside, I had no issues with this Taco Bell. Call me old fashioned but I want to be able to order through a human not a computer. Not this locations fault, however. Anyways, food and service were fine. Chapmanville was having water issues so they didn’t have fountain drinks. They had cans to make up for it so no issues there. Food was better than most Taco Bell’s I’ve had in recent memory. Staff was nice and personable.

- ELElizabeth LambdinSep 17, 20252.0They never get the orders right...ESPECIALLY if you use the app and just pick up. 3 times I have ordered ahead via the app and 3 times they have forgotten 2 to 5 of the items. When I have asked them if the order was correct, they confirm it is, and if you check it in front of them, they give ya attitude. Plus side, if you drive through or eat in, they don't usually mess up.

I went through the drive thru and while they didn't have my wild cherry freeze they were polite and apologized for the inconvenience. This is probably one of the best taco bells I've been to.
