  First of all, in the beginning the food and the portions were awesome. I go today got 3 hard shell taco’s I had 3 tomatoes and very little of lettuce. They gave me three packs of taco sauce. I am very disappointed with the portions of food. I will not be going back for that kind of service.

  Honestly, whenever this place opened up I was very excited for different food diversity in this town that doesnt give a lot to offer. After my many encounters with this place I've lost all faith in this place. First, there are about three workers as I could tell that dictate the work ethic of the store and its very obvious when they are there. The customer service is good, the orders time are reasonable and a overall pleasant experience. However, they are very low lows with this place. I placed a mobile order about 10 minutes in advance which came to a total of around 14 dollars. I walk in theres a family of people thats been waiting for around ten minutes. The next hour of my life was spent in this taco bell. I was greeted by someone given a drink and nothing else. From the looks of it there was no one working on any food for the first 10 minutes I was there. Then someone was placed in a view visible across the counter and he was making front orders. The whole time this one singular guy is obviously struggling to get these orders out in a timely manner. Everyone is laughing carrying on that is on the drive thru side, which is literally everyone else on shift. The drive thru didn't ever appear busy and if it was would everyone really be laughing and having a good time. There were many people like me too waiting for 30 min to an hour. I finally got my food which was thankfully right but this is just terrible to the staff that obviously is just there to work by the hour because they are allowed to. Some people have jobs and life's to live. Lets say im awake for around 14 hours a day. Why do I have to waste a hour of my life because everyone back there is getting paid to have fun and let this dude suffer the critic and feedback of people up front that are justifibly mad. I hope this place gets bought out and turned into something productive for our community rather than this slop of a place that people come to get a easy paycheck. I've had a lot of experiences like this but this is crazy that whoever owns this place lets this happen. The manager there that day even let anyone there work for basically free. Not a single person even tried to justify my long wait thats just how it is. I feel like everyone collectively in my community should just go eat at home than continue to pay for these people that want a easy paycheck and obviously doesn't care about their job or what people view the place they own. I hope someone sees this mess I have written its not just me its a collective of thoughts a lot of people feel. Waste of a space in this town when it could have been something productive. NOTE After writing this my tacos were broke out the bottom and all over the bottom of the bag this place is a joke.

  Aside from Kiosk ordering inside, I had no issues with this Taco Bell. Call me old fashioned but I want to be able to order through a human not a computer. Not this locations fault, however. Anyways, food and service were fine. Chapmanville was having water issues so they didn’t have fountain drinks. They had cans to make up for it so no issues there. Food was better than most Taco Bell’s I’ve had in recent memory. Staff was nice and personable.

  Food always good from this location. Way better than the Logan location nearby. If the order is correct that is. Atmosphere is a weird rating for fast food places. It’s a Taco Bell.
