I thought “Surely a big chain located in the mall can afford to adequately staff their establishment” then I heard 2 employees in the back, who conveniently came out once the work was done, on their phones. Shame on management for allowing this to happen, I asked for the ladies name before I left to give her some recognition for busting her ass doing 2 jobs, I guarantee she’s not getting paid to do both! Shout out to Helena for being a great employee! I hope she get the recognition she deserves.

Helena the cashier at the Charleys makes our entire experience so enjoyable, always happy and constantly pleasing customers in an efficient and her service exceeds expectations, excellent customer service with a lovely smile!!!!
