- MMMarci Moore3 days ago1.0So I ordered a mobile order for a pick up. Ordered it at 7:34. When it confirmed it said it would be able to pick up at 8:10. My husband was picking it up with our 10 month. He got there an waited for the time, went inside where there was a clearly a lot of people there to also pick up their orders, he waited 15 minutes Before anyone even approached him to ask what he needed. My husband sat there an waited another for 30 minutes till our 10 month old needed to come home. So I called fully prepared to drive the 15 minutes back up to retrieve my order, when I called all I was told by a very chipper man that it's packed an he can put me on hold 5 times to talk to a manger about processing my refund. Also while on hold 5 separate times that "order online, it's fast an easy", no no it's not. So now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund to process. Didn't offer an apology, or any other option to get my refund quicker. So if you do decide to place an order fully expect to not only not receive your food, you won't receive even a little customer service. Next time just save yourself the time, go to the store buy wings an prepare them yourself because not only is it not worth it to order on line, in person would be ridiculous too since no one is waiting at the podium an when they do show up they're unprofessional an snarky rude. 10/10 will never order from there ever again.
- KDKirstein Davis5 days ago4.0My grandpa got bone in wings and he got the feathers too 🤢🤣 but the manager and waitress made it right by compensating our tab which was much appreciated but they could've kept the feathers.. however our waitress Brandi (i think was her name) was absolutely amazing and prompt with our service as well as wonderful with my 2 year old autistic toddler! She was greatly appreciated... Go there for a good time and good food but i recommend ordering your bone in wings WITHOUT the feathers 🤣
