    We waited 20 minutes to even receiver order and once we got it it was missing the cheeseburger. I love Dairy Queen but this one is the slowest and most inefficient I've ever been to.

    Dairy Queen was the most amazingly delicious ice-cream I've ever eaten in my life. The location in Bluefield W.Va. was so friendly and the service was amazing. Thank you everyone for treating my daughter and I so amazing.

    So I come in to treat my two toddlers to some ice cream and a dude with bleached hair walks up to counter and says nothing. No “hi”, no “ hello, welcome in, how may I help you”, no anything. He actually doesn’t even look at me. After a minute of him just staring at piece of paper while holding a pencil I ask, “umm are you taking my order, or?”. He finally looks at me and just gives me a snooty look. It was very disrespectful. I had requested to talk with a manager but another worker told me they had just left the building. Several minutes later after we received our items and were eating a lady did come out and asked what happened and offered an apology. So I’ll bump the service stars up to 2 but the first person you encounter at any business should happily greet the guests instead of ignoring them.
