If I were the manager here, I'd be embarrassed. Even by the insanely low bar that McDonald's has set, this was ridiculous. This is 100% the product of terrible and ineffective management. Shame on you

The burgers are always fresh and hot although assembly and wrapping is often terrible. Sometimes sandwiches look like they were put together by someone who doesn't care or wasn't trained. BUT... The biggest issue? Service times. They are ABYSMAL. Absolutely terrible. I have never once received an order in less than ten minutes; more often it's 15 or more. And good luck getting waited on if you're at the counter. It's rather like yelling into the wind.
