  Shitty service, waited over 30 minutes for food that was ordered online while watching people in the drive through who ordered more food than us get there stuff and leave then refused to help us cancel the order

  Ordered the meal for two. For starters we opened the bag and none of our chips or dip was in the bag. All of the extra sauces we ordered were completely ignored and we pay for that!! The Crunchwrap supremes had zero meat in them, and the quesadillas we ordered on top of it had almost zero meat in it. The food was cold and hard (meaning we had stuff that has been sitting for a minute) and almost inedible. Went to wipe up my Baja blast (the only good thing btw) and what do you know, no napkins. Whoever worked the taco bell here on 04/23/2026 around 8:30-9:00 pm should honestly just go ahead and put a two week in. This is the worst Taco Bell order I’ve ever had.

  My sister went to pick up an order for us from this location. She was the only customer there as it was an hour before they closed. As she was submitting our order the lady kept asking "is that all" when she clearly wasn't finished. Seemed like they really didn't want her to order anything. Then at the end of the order they made a point to say that they are out of Nacho cheese. Okay fine. She pulled around and as the card was handed back to her (with no receipt) they asked her to pull up and wait. Again, only one in the drive thru. At this time she can see the cashier who was generally kind and the manager who was visibly upset about my sister ordering food. Once she got the food and got home we realized that even though they said they were out of nacho cheese, every single item was drenched and I mean SOAKED with nacho cheese as if they did it on purpose just to make a point that they were upset about the order. Not only that but every item was ice cold as if it had been sitting all day long. Her chalupas were dark brown almost burnt and crispy and hard like thick chips. Her fries were old and hard and also drenched in nacho cheese to where that's all you could taste and her Pepsi tasted like seltzer water with a drop of flavor. The entire order was borderline inedible. I called to make a complaint and the manager just seemed annoyed I was even calling. Bad attitude. Not surprising given her attitude about my sister placing this order in the first place. She offered to remake the order tomorrow but we will not be returning to this location. Next time, maybe don't seem so inconvenienced over having to do your job. I'd understand being upset if it was 20 minutes before close but it was an hour before and no one else was there it was just my sister. Go to the national road location if you want good food and good customer service.

  The cashier was wonderful!! I ordered the cheesy potatoes 🤮 I waited 20 minutes for the cheesy potatoes only to get home and find out that I got the bottom of the basket HARD AS A ROCK POTATOES 😡 Never eating there again. Horrible considering that I was the only customer there and 1 car in the drive thru
