  Well. This place has been better in the past. Management really needs to look at getting different help in this place. Probably won't be coming back here. Food and customer service has dropped significantly.

  Desperately needs new employees. Food always takes way way way too long to make. Some employees are rude and makes guest feel unwelcome.

  I would find any other subway in the valley to go to, and order from there. The subway in Benwood only hires the laziest, most unhygienic people. If you order online it won’t be waiting for you. If you come in person the sandwich artist will cry about how work is so hard. Not a one time thing, it’s constant. This place is disgusting, save yourself.

  Just ordered 3 footloose not one of them are how i ordered them online For the 3rd time this month not one sandwich has been made the way I specified. No idea how to get hold of the owner but you owe me sandwiches made right I hate to even write this but it's gotta get better you should care about ur customers Orwell stop next week for replacements see how it goes if I'm standing there I can be sure they are made right definitely can't order on line to get the deals and points

  This location has gone completely down hill. Got a sub today and ordered it online. It was made completely wrong, and also was completely wrong and falling apart. Poor management and poor training.
