Was supposed to receive my order at 2:35 p.m. and the app even stated that they had already been making it and it was ready for pickup. Which I did not see that happening and when I asked I was told there was a couple pick up orders but she was going to finish waiting on the customers in line which I was there before the ones that she was getting ready to help and I stated that and she decided it was still worth waiting on them first. So from the time I arrived in the restaurant by the time I finally got my food and it wasn't even done properly it was close to an hour wait. I understand being frustrated because you were stuck working by yourself but ignoring orders and customers and because some people have handicap issues I could not continue to stand that's why I went ahead and placed it online not knowing but I would not be waited on
