They are split in half and lightly breaded. Mine were cooked perfectly 👨🍳👌 crispy, and the peppers would break instead of pulling out whole when you bite them. There were so good I went back and got more that night, too. I stole one of my friends mozzarella sticks - they were of the same quality. Service was great.
