As someone who work retail it sucks to work Christmas Eve, but this one worker with black hair in pigtails and bow pajamas was complaining about having to work and wish everyone go away. Everyone else was super nice, but everyone could hear her complaining. I get it sucks but she really brought down the mood some that day. And had a poor attitude the hole time.

BUT yall got these poor employees sitting out here in 20 degree weather and dropping, and their only heat source are their coats and a shitty dim heater hanging 20 ft above their heads! Something needs to change they’re gonna get sick! I get if it was summer all year round, but here its not, and technically this is a whole snow storm going on today, feet are getting wet, noses are getting cold, hands are freezing off and yet they’re still out there with a smile on their faces.. Bring them employees inside!! It COLD!!!!🥶🤬
