  We have had multiple issues consistently with our orders. We had gotten an order last week and there was a meal missing out of it. I called and talked to the manager. They offered to replace it and we just haven’t gotten it replaced. Today we placed an online order it was pretty simple. One of the items in this order was a 4pc kids meal. After the 12 min drive home to feed two feral toddlers luckily I realized that the nuggets we got were spicy before our 2yr old took a bite and burned his mouth. The spicy nuggets they have there are pretty spicy even for me and I like some heat. We called to inform them of the mistake and they were not mean about it by any means & also offered to replace it. However I feel that careless mistakes like this could have been avoided. Especially since a 2yr olds little sensitive belly is in consideration. This could have been very upsetting for a small child and caused pain. It is my hope that they acknowledge that this is not just a minor incident and that they pay closer attention to the details. I know they are decent people that work there just trying to make a living and get through the day like the rest of us and I believe they are good people who just need a little help with basic observation.

  I stopped there tonight after working a 13 hour shift just wanted something to eat, got my food. I knew it tasted funny, started looking. The meat was RAW to the point that the hamburger was cold, the fries were fresh, but they tasted like old greasy chicken tenders, the soda was nothing more than flavored carbonated water. I do have pictures of the burger so I will be calling the health department tomorrow

  Probably the most disappointed I've ever been at a Wendy's stop. Drive through guy kept interjecting "is there anything else?" while I was trying to order food for 3 people. Very irritating. Then I got up to the window and they literally had the food hanging out the window when I rolled up....I started to ask if the dipping sauce was in the bag but was cut off several times with "everything's in the bag.!" "It's in the bag.". There was no one else in the drive thru and maybe one car in the lot but I felt like an imposition rather than a customer with any value to the business. The baked potatoes were hard and not really edible. I don't know if they had been microwaved or what but not good. Whole potato very hard as if microwaved....not crunchy undercooked....more like microwaved. The chicken tenders were hard and overcooked. Just not a good visit at all.

  I went in to have a nice meal with my family. I go up to the counter to order and I said "no onions" on my sandwich and the manager, Tanner, is at the sandwich station. I get the food, take a bite, and there are extra onions! I go up to the register and politely say, "I didn't want onions, can I have another sandwich." Tanner comes up and says, "You asked for extra onions." I said back, "No I didn't." He said, "Whatever idiot, I guess that's your way of getting a free sandwich!" I bit my tongue, took the sandwich, and my family and I left. We are never going back there again.
