I can't and don't eat out anywhere else anymore because I've gotten glutened everywhere pretty much. I can trust coming here. The food is always delicious.

- EEEricDec 30, 20255.0I’ve ate here twice now. Both times I had issues, but the manager/server made it right. Food-wise, I’m impressed. Let’s be honest… you’re not getting a better steak at a restaurant compared to what you’re going to make at home with a hand-picked Choice or Prime steak, reversed seared. But this is about as good as you’ll ever get at a restaurant. Decent bone-in ribeye cut, good color, well seasoned. I was happy, and restaurant steaks always disappoint. Definitely way better than the grey nastiness you’ll get from Texas Roadhouse or the horrible sinewy cut from Longhorn. No ridiculous grill marks. No ridiculous butter, or overpriced dry aging. Honestly better steak than The Grill and even Bruno’s. Outback is really the in only place to get a decent steak in town apparently, which is quite bizarre.
- TGTina GoddardDec 18, 20255.0I work at a pretty stressful job where I help people but also get screamed at and cussed…I decided to treat myself and family to a nice meal to end my work week.. after working 7 days , 12 hours a day shifts in a row , I really just wanted to grab it to go and eat in my comfy clothes. We live 40 minutes from the restaurant and my husband worked that day in Barboursville so I had him pick it up after he got off work at 530…I was scheduled off at 7, but didn’t get out until 745…..I finally get home and when I went to eat I realized I was missing a Bloomin Onion … it’s been 3 hours since pick up 😭😭 I still called and the manager I spoke with (female) was SO NICE!!!!!!!!! She went above and beyond to fix the issue. She thanked me for being understanding…. Refunded the Bloom I was missing and spoke to me like a human instead of just a number… and rushing to get off phone…. I kinda really needed her and her generosity after the day I had anyhow… thank you for being kind .. MISTAKES HAPPEN….
