- SRSharla RogersFeb 29, 20241.0We did our order on the app. Waited in line drive thru for 10 plus mins. Which was understandable as it was busy with one car in front of us and one behind. Nothing was said to us when our food was handed to us. I get home and on our receipt it states no avacodo today which we got the Mexicali sub. The whole point of it is the avacodo in my opinion. When calling in, I ask for a manager the girl who answer stated that is was a manager call. The phone was taken by someone who did not state their name. I had ask, which was Danielle. When asking if she was a manager she laughed and said not technically. So I stated that that when getting our food we were not told that it was missing one of the key ingredients and did not know till we were home. I said it would have been nice to know as that sub was purchase due to that specific ingredient. All I got was yeah well we’re busy right now. Danielle attitude is not right to even be representing as some as a manager. Unprofessional and just rude.
