  Food was as expected, though a sauce packet for the wings would have been nice. Also, got no napkins / plates / forks to use back at hotel room after getting pick up order.

  I placed my order around 2:30 to have it picked up for 3:30. I had to wait for my cheese sticks which was fine. When I got home i opened the pizza box and the pizza looked like it had been made the day before, put in the refrigerator and then reheated it when I placed my order. My cheese sticks were only cut in the middle, my actual bread sticks looked like they taken out of the box and warmed up. Not cut either. $40 wasted. Definitely won’t ever be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again.

  Pizza was dripping grease out of the box, got all over car seat, daughter sweatshirt and my jacket.

  Ordered our food online and got there. Got told they had to help other people and had to keep driving around the building because it wasn't done yet. Was about 20 minutes later when we got our pizza. And the customer service was rude. Never going to this location again. Worst experience I've had.

  Missed items in the order and can't get anyone to answer the phone. Corporate emails you saying the store will contact you and they don't. Food quality has declined horribly.
