  You want to tell me a condiment item can’t Be Put on the side even though I used my Birthday reward and earned rewards points to share lunch with a coworker and both of us have different food allergies…? Maybe you shouldn’t be a jj franchise or be held liable by their corporate rules and standards. The way your employees refused and then wished me A good day as I left… . Word of mouth will make or break a business. 1 person tells 10… well thanks to the internet this one voice is telling the whole community that “it’s not have it your way” it is apparently “”this is the way” or don’t bother… This location has lost my business and should lose any business from our community!!!

  Something was not right on my hunters club. Not sure if the meat went bad but it tasted fishy and not right

  Wisconsin Rapids, WI store. 4pm All I wanted was a sandwich and a soda. Ordered in drive through. Ended up having a 5 minute conversation about making it a combo then the meal is cheaper cuz the drink is more expensive if a combo isn't ordered. I JUST WANTED A SANDWICH AND A DRINK. It was a full 2 minutes before he realized I may not want a combo but then was all about it will cost me more. I ended up adding a cookie just to shut him up-even though it was 50 cents more but cheaper than not getting a combo-- uuggg!!! I will not be on this merry go round again. IF i decide to ever go back I will leave if I have to have this conversation again.
