    Fresh hot food, Employees had great attitudes, it was a breakfast rush and my family of 6 got to see first hand a lady acting crazy about 4 hashbrowns when she only ordered 1. She was literrally counting 1 Mississippi 2 Mississippi so I had my phone in hand and told my spouse that I'm ready to capture the moment. But then the woman got the attention of an employee, they just handed her 3 more hashbrowns and the lady left happily.

    Hopefully the restaurant was just suffering from a bad day being short-staffed. We stopped on Monday afternoon. The log exterior drew us in and we hoped for a quick hot meal after our activities before we headed back to our hotel. Unfortunately, it was neither quick nor hot. We ordered on our app while others ordered on the kiosks. Nobody was staffed at the registers. After ordering, the dining room filled up with others waiting and no orders seemed to be coming out ready. Here and there. One gal was leisurely cleaning tables as we noticed the drink/condiment as station was a complete mess, no ketchup and trash cans overflowing. Like I said, it appeared to suffer from not enough staff. But, there are priorities when orders aren't being filled and trash everywhere on counter and no ketchup. Cleaning empty tables slowly should be last on the list. Someone finally called the girl to the kitchen, and order began to be filled. Our food was not hot after the 15 minute wait from ordering. Not sure what happened. Drive through wrapped around building and blocking our vehicle in. They need some help.

    If you want to stop eating McDonald's altogether, stop at this location. Food is old and not hot at all, including their coffee! Staff responds to drive thru customers in about 10 minutes on average, no apologies, no care. In 10 minutes, you would think that they are making fresh food, not at all, they are talking to each other trying to figure out what bag is yours! Very slow and disgusting service!

    This place has terrible customer service! It was way to busy cars backed up people inside standing on top of each other! Mind you I did a pick up order I’ve been waiting for about an hour for my meal and drinks I came inside to see what’s going on staff gave me nothing but attitude and didn’t even check into my pick up order and yet still no food I even showed them my phone I already paid for this too! I’m beyond frustrated!! I’m still here right now don’t give me a notification stating ur coming out with my food and yet hasn’t even came out to bring me it !

    I visited this location on 3/10 and used the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the ordering process was extremely frustrating. I had to repeat my order numerous times because the employee either couldn’t hear me or didn’t understand what I was saying. I ordered 30 nuggets with multiple sauces and had to repeat the sauces over and over. It took about 10 minutes just to get the order placed. Once I got to the window, the food actually came out quickly and it was hot, so no complaints there. However, they forgot every single sauce I ordered and didn’t include a single napkin. I parked and went inside to ask for ketchup, ranch, and the buffalo sauce that I had already ordered. My order was well over $75, so the fact that they were acting bothered about giving the sauces that were supposed to be included was ridiculous. That’s when an older woman who appeared to be the manager decided to chime in and said, “You need to make sure all your sauces are on your order.” I explained that I absolutely did order them and had repeated them several times at the drive-thru while ordering nuggets. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she responded rudely and sarcastically, saying something like, “Well I guess it was our fault then.” Her attitude was completely unnecessary. Even though the food itself was fine, the customer service was terrible. I sat in line for over 10 minutes repeating my order, spent over $75, and then got attitude when I asked for the sauces they forgot. I’m local, but after this experience I won’t be coming back to this McDonald’s.
