  We stopped in during our trip to the Dells and were sadly disappointed. We ordered a iced caramel machiatto and three oreo mcflurries. The iced coffee was filled to the brim with ice. The $5 mcflurries were ice cream with a dusting of oreos on top, not even mixed in. It took 5 minutes for someone to come to the speaker to take our order and we almost drove off although the parking lot was empty. We also waited quite a while for our items to be made with an empty parking lot. Considering the cost and area I would've thought the service would be better.

  Place was nearly empty and after 11 minutes of waiting, I couldn’t wait anymore for my food and left.

  The food is always cold. They fill everything up halfway. It’s sad that everything is so expensive nowadays yet the portions are smaller. Manager is very rude.

  Literally the second coolest McDonald's I've ever been in. Aesthetically it's gorgeous and the place is gigantic. I bet it is packed during tourist season! Not an employee in sight when I walked in...food is just sitting on the little area where they do mobile orders... Pop machines had zero fizz...
