  All the big boy figurines are neat. However service was extremly slow. Both mine and my wifes meals were not great tasting. Buns were dried out and old, both hot dog and hamburger buns. Chilli appeared old and dried out as well.

  New years day 2026 was my first time ever eating at a big boy. Definitely has that old school diner feeling. A dying breed unfortunately. Classic 1950s diner cuisine with a new twist.

  We came here on 1/2/26 because my family wanted to try something different, since we usually go to the same place to eat. The atmosphere was decent; however, the customer service was horrible. A gentleman and his wife were seated next to us, and the waiter taking their order made a mistake and then argued with the gentleman several times afterward. Although the waiter corrected the order, the sauce that came with the meal was still incorrect. At that point, the gentleman gave up and politely asked for it to be removed from his bill. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the waiter continued to argue with the customer about the ingredients in the sauce, even though the gentleman explained that it did not look or taste right. My family witnessed the entire incident and was appalled by how the waiter treated the customer. While our food was fine and nothing special, the experience alone was enough to ensure we will never return.

  I did a pickup order online, what I recieved was pretty disappointing. My fish was $18 plus extra for the onion rings and I got this burnt mess and 7 rings. The shakes that are $7 were COMICALLY small. I think I was given a child's cup barely taller than a nail polish bottle. The service was bad, not a single employee in there for the several minutes I stood there, the waitress came out walked past me 2x didn't respond to me saying hello. The next guy came out a minute or so later and I got him to give me my food but they didn't have one of the shakes I ordered and instead of offering a refund when I asked he got upset saying choose a new one that he couldn't help me. All in all I won't be getting food here again. This was the 2nd chance ordering my experience was bad both times unfortunately.

  Nice place for nostalgia, but the food was cold. Understandable that it is the off season for the area, but there was several menu items that were sold out and it was around noon. I will have to try during the season to see if things are any better.
