  Excellent food and service my husband and his brother grew up on Big Boy in Manitowoc WI THe BOYS were back to Big Boy and it was as Great as they remember. Thank you Big Boy in WI Dells WI

  Had a great experience at this big boy! Food was hot and delicious, the shake machine was broke but IDA was able to make the shakes by hand in a blender and they were fantastic! Service was great and my kids loved the atmosphere! Definitely will return next time we are back to the dells

  I stopped at Big Boy in Wisconsin Dells today — the first time I’ve been to a Big Boy in about 40 years! I was so excited to find one still around, and it did not disappoint. The service was friendly and fast, and the staff made me feel welcome right away. I ordered the classic Big Boy hamburger with that famous special sauce, and it tasted exactly like I remembered from decades ago — absolutely delicious! It brought back great memories and reminded me why Big Boy has been loved for generations. If you’re in Wisconsin Dells, I highly recommend stopping in. Great food, great service, and a taste of nostalgia you can’t beat! 🍔⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I came in on 10.25.2025 for dinner with my family and our server was Lea, she was absolutely AMAZING! She didn’t let the fact that it was busy stop her from making us feel like we were the most important guest in the building! I got the Big boy burger with fries, and when asked for a recommendation on appetizers, Lea suggested the onion rings and she couldn’t have been more right! My husband had the dolly chicken sandwich and while he normally finds something to complain about, he had nothing but good to say about his meal and our daughter ate every last bite of her big boy wrap! We will definitely be back and will request Lea be our waitress every single time, I have never had service like we did with her! We’ve already started telling all our friends to make the trip to Big Boy in the Wisconsin Dells for great food, and friendly service!!

  We were in the Dells with our Grandbabies & decided to have lunch at Big Boy Restaurant. NEVER AGAIN!!! Took forever for our server to get to our table and just went downhill after that. We had sandwiches & ordered the kids meals for the kiddos. Drinks are suppose to be included with the kids meals....so 2 wanted chocolate milk & 1 wanted a rootbeer. When our server arrived at our table with the drinks~ the Rootbeer was a Large Glass. I specifically told her that it was suppose to be a kids meal rootbeer. She said that this was the only size it came in. I said " Well you aren't going to charge me extra for it, are you? " She said No. When the bill arrived I was charged an extra $3.99 for the soda. I was also charged an extra $3.99 for each chocolate milk. When I told her that my bill was wrong & the charges that were on there, she said she took them off, but there they were~ they were Not! Another server came over to see what the problem was and said...the rootbeer was a Sprechers Rootbeer and not included with the kids meal. So why did she not say rootbeer wasn't a soda choice? & why did she bring it to the table? & why did she say I wouldn't get charged extra when I asked her when she brought it over? They kept saying I didn't get charged extra because thats what the price of the Sprechers Rootbeer is. He is 8! He did NOT ask for Sprechers! He just asked for a Rootbeer!!! I also told her about the chocolate milks that I was charged $3.99 each for. I gave up arguing with them & just told them to Fix It! We had such a Wonderful Day at Knuckleheads Trampoline Park.....We should have never stopped at BIG BOY!!!! Next time ...BUFFALO PHILS it is!!!!
