She got our order wrong twice in a row and had attitude the entire time like it was our fault she couldn’t do her job. The third time we got our coffee it was still wrong so we just left. They need a little more managerial oversight to improve service and quality control.

Plus to mess up a basic French vanilla frozen coffee no added or changed from menu… should have walked out when the girl could not even take the order to start off….

FIVE people behind the counter and all they did was work on drive-thru and order ahead orders. The absolute worst Dunkin' I have ever visited. We left and went to another one and it was absolutely great!!! Stay away from this one!!
