First they did not know how to use their register, but also charged me extra for a drink I didn’t order, made 2 couples drinks before remembering mine and still messed my drink up. Honestly how many times is this going to happen

- SLShelby LeighApr 4, 20261.0I am extremely lactose intolerant, I order a protein latte from my home town Dunkin every day with no issues. 20 minutes after drinking my latte my stomach was killing me, I looked at the label and they did not give me protein milk like I ordered in the drive through, and I had repeated the order several times. This is a day ruined at the dells for me unfortunately 😓

We went in yesterday and I wanted to leave a review today because it was honestly ridiculous that this location was so busy in there drive thru and inside and with about 6-8 crew members and moving slow. Out of all of those crew the ONLY person I seen truly working and giving it her all and NOT just standing around was Maira/Myra (sorry if I misspelled) she did great!!! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for her!!!! That girl was scooping ice cream for walk in orders and taking orders in the headset for drive thru at the same time all while three of those girls were standing around talking. She went from ice cream to coffee and donuts and back to ice cream over and over while those girls just giggled and stood around. Props to her!! That girl deserves a raise!!!!
