  Staff was new and didn't know how to do certain things and how to make certain sandwiches they were very nice but you could tell they were flustered and there was no manager at the store and were not answering when staff tried to call for help

  I’ve Never had a sub from them ever except 4 months ago or so but when I did, it was chill, a VYBE and the food was FIRE 🔥 NO CAP!! 🧢

  I ordered my delivery at 5:50pm. I didnt get a call letting me know they didnt have a delivery driver.. still waiting for it and it's 7pm. If I would have known they didnt have a driver then I wouldnt have ordered my lunch from them. This is the worst "freaky fast delivery" I have ever had. When I called to talk to the lady on the phone, she was snotty and all she offered was to cancel my order.. no cus I still dont have a lunch then and all youre going to do is throw it away. 🙄

  I ordered my lunch for today 4 hours early on the app. The app took my order and my money and my lunch never showed up. Same address, same order as I always make. Once my lunch did not show up, I called the jimmyjohns multiple times with no answer. This is at 1130am... awful awful service. They have lost my buisness.
