  They didn't have any beef ready and I almost left.. Till I saw the buffalo chicken sandwich!! Also the worker Austin was very nice and polite!!!

  The service was so amazing. They were friendly and welcoming. Patient when I asked questions and very helpful in explaining a new menu item. All of the employees made sure I had absolutely everything I needed and wished me a great rest of my day when I left. For fast food, the service was absolutely top notch.

  Today at 12:45pm I ordered a #1 Double meal with a Coke and a small fry for my dog. When I got to the window, Debra asked how much ice I wanted in my Coke. I was taken aback bc no one has ever asked about ice if I didn’t mention it, and I usually don’t want ice in my soda if it comes out cold, but i often don’t get it as asked so I stopped requesting it. I told her I’d love no ice if the drink already comes out cold and I thanked her for asking and she said her husband doesn’t like ice in his soda, just like me. She handed me my drink and told me she will take my straw wrapper for me whenever I’m ready and said I could go ahead and close my window to keep warm and she would be right back. Her warmth and consideration for the needs and comfort of entire strangers exceeded customer service straight into what is the beauty of humanity. I know all I did was go through an Arby’s drive thru and meet a nice woman, but her kindness was so pure and genuine, I wasn’t about to not let your establishment know how lucky you are to have such a gem on your team.

  I ordered the steak nuggets Mac and cheese, flavor is okay, but my food was cold, thats unsafe and unsanitary. However the service was good.
