I went back to get my burger and the manager was telling me that I got the burgers . I could see them seating there under the heat lamp. The day time manager is horrible she needs to get fired. Then someone had there daughter in the back. I told them the employee need to be trained more and the manager walk away. The older cashers was very nice and said sorry a few time.

All while only 3 other people inside total and just a handful of cars in the drive thru. Old lady at the register was so loud and obviously flustered by the little bit they had to do. No ketchup in the dispenser. Ordered a baconator that came with 2 half slices of bacon and loads of some sort of sauce. Was pretty gross I didn’t even finish it. All for a whopping $14.

I have had problems with both DoorDash and going in person. No wonder the last location closed. - Ordered diet soda with no ice. Got extra ice and regular soda. - Received crispy chicken instead of grilled. - Order no tomato (due to an allergy), receive tomato. Can't just pick it off because it's juicy and touched everything. - Kids sized/Jr Frosty instead of a small. With how long it takes to receive orders there is absolutely time to double check for accuracy. When diabetics receive items that aren't what they order it impacts dosing of medication. I couldn't eat the dinner that was paid for because it was so incorrect it would have put my blood sugars so high I would have been suffering for days. A treat every once in a while is something that everyone deserves.
