There were 2 tables already eating and nobody waiting. We stood at the register and proceeded to watch 4 employees behind the counter walk past us. None of them making eye contact or saying anything. We waited for 5 minutes without a word being said to us. We turned around to leave and I said OK, bye. Then an employee turned around and said oh can I help you? My husband said we have been waiting for 5 minutes and you guys couldn't be bothered so we are leaving. We were so hopeful when Wendy's came back into town but it looks as though it will have the same fate as the last one. Bad employees ruin business.

They forgot a chocolate milk for the kids meal. They forgot my 4 piece nugget and fries to go with the meal deal. The fries were cold and seemed like they were old and microwaved. The 4 piece nugget ended up being a 3 piece nugget and was cold....the burgers were all cold and the buns were stale. Im just glad I got a soda otherwise there is no way I could choke it down. This place is a solid no go and I will not be back. Get back to the basics because what is being served is absolutely pathetic.

Wished they turned up the heat a bit too, as it was too chilly to enjoy the food. Also, i had to ask for my frosty twice because they forgot about it.
