Thr chemical that keeps the foam airy and the bubbles to be consistent. Yeah its in the "bread" too.. the spinach leaves usually get me sick. It ain't a foot and it ain't 5 dollars no more. So I'm out for good. Jimmy johns jersey Mike's are both way better. Nothing beats Desi's in Ironriver MI.
