Refused to take the bread out of the middle and told me that her owner told her she could not do it. Then the owner walked in and I asked him and he said he never told her that she then got out of line and told another employee to take care of me obviously, she didn’t want to that she was wrong and flustered instead of apologizing.

Slops the meat onto the sandwich, never asks if I want it toasted then when I asked for toasted they literally put it in the oven for 5 secs and pull it out. The only vegetable not brown or soggy was the tomatoes. The owner clearly doesn’t care about how this shop is ran or looks. Absolute trash I should’ve have walked out and went to one of the better ones down the road.

- ABAnna ButlerOct 30, 20251.0Worst subway experience I’ve ever had. The lady came out of the bathroom and I greeted her, she didn’t say not say anything back. She did not ask me any questions on bread or type of sandwich, she just stared at me until I told her. I had to ask her to toast my sandwich. When it came to the veggies, they were not stocked and nor did they look good. Mind you this was at 9am when they opened. Not a good experience whatsoever. I will not be returning to this location.
