One time they charged me twice for chips and queso and I went back up to the counter to get a refund and they just wanted to give me another order. No, lol. I don't need two full orders of chips and queso. Then the person behind the counter admitted they didn't know how to issue a refund. Ok, than just say that, I get it's hard to keep a staff in fast food nowadays but just say that and get some help. Last time I went the soda machine didn't work, which maybe wasn't all that bad since when it is working it's disgusting and the counter next to it is no better. The high top table next to it always has staff drinks and food on it, unprofessional to say the least. Also last time they had all the chairs put up like they didn't want you to sit at the tables. The new chipotle in rib mountain can't open soon enough. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the food is usually ok.
