I opened it to put parmesan cheese on and showed it to him and I asked him did you just cut it however you want it? And he laughed and said yes. And I stated to him, well this is your review this is terrible.

Always have preferred Pizza Hut but this location is constantly a let down with zero attention to detail. Wrote a review to corporate on my last poor experience and never received the $20 credit the manager claimed would be added to my account. Gave it one more chance today and the personal pan pizzas were once again sloppily cut. Not a huge deal but annoying to fix myself for small kiddos that need manageable sizes. The breadsticks are horrendous and not even edible. Last time there was zero cinnamon on the cinnamon sticks and today once again no seasoning on the regular breadsticks. Absolutely pathetic for $7. In the trash and will never try them again. Fast food drive thru has more consistent quality.

Because of that the service is way down for this specific location. Otherwise it would have been a five-star all the way.
