    Normally don't visit this location but work near by (no other restaurants really close) and was low on time. Asked for crinkle fries got hard burnt curly fries. and no kidding the last 5 times I have been here I've asked for the Arby's sauce and every single time they don't put it with my order. who wants this big dry sandwich for $13. This is the last time I get fooled, will go hungry before I visit this location again!

    Of my cumulative bad experiences with fast food over my entire 30 years of being alive, at least half of those bad experiences have been at this specific Arby's location. In the past, I have considered never coming to this location again, but it is close to home so I keep making the mistake of coming here. Twice, I have had items I've ordered and paid for left out of my meal. Once, it was a cherry turnover that I did not receive. I left a message with Arby's and never heard back. The second time, my husband and I ordered at this location and I made sure to check the bag before we left the parking lot only to find they had not sent any fries with our meals. We had to go back through the drive through to get it corrected. I have had rubbery chicken from this location, which is disappointing because Arby's likes to brag about how they "have the meats". I guess they do have the meats, but they don't guarantee any level of quality. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only person who has been having issues at this location according to the reviews. I was starting to think it was personal with how often I go to this location and how often I have problems here. The last time I came to this location, they misheard me and did not read back my order and I ended up with both a 4 piece and a 6 piece mozzarella stick when I'd only ordered a 4 piece. I paid for both and received both (though I guess I can't complain because, with how often food gets excluded from my orders, I guess I should be grateful I actually got what I paid for.) Today, I went through the drive through to order my food. The staff was very courteous and friendly (that is the only saving grace) but they still got my order wrong. I ordered a cherry turnover (and that is what it says on my receipt) but when I got home I bit into the "cherry" turnover to find that they had given me apple. Yes, I ate it. I don't throw out food even if it's not what I want and I'm not getting in my car and driving back to this location just to fix yet another one of their mistakes. It's honestly not worth the gas. Yes, I was disappointed. I don't hate apple, and luckily I'm not allergic to it like many people in my family, but I was really looking forward to my cherry turnover. I won't likely be visiting this location anymore unless some major changes are made and I don't advise anyone who wants their order delivered to them correctly to come here, either.
