  Went inside and waited at the counter to order for over 5 minutes. Workers saw us, but never acknowledged or gave a courtesy "we'll be right with you." There was 1 car in the drive thru and no other patrons inside. Wound up going to Taco John's instead

  Every time I go here its incredibly slow. But this last time was too much.. I waited 5 minutes to order (with 1 car at the window). They take my order and I pay. Then hand me my drinks. At this point I have one car behind me and they order and pull up. Then I proceed to wait 30 MINUTES!! The car behind me leaves (smart guy) they come up to the window and ask me what I ordered.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! Im the only one in the line at this point! I watched them inside eating.. and relaxing.. and chit chatting. And all I get is an "im sorry". Of course once they realize that I was actually there none of the food was made so I had to wait for everything to be made. This was the last time. I got nothing good to say. Im not going back and im spreading the word. That's ridiculous. How do you forget someone is waiting for there food. AFTER GIVING THEM THEIR DRINKS!! Total of about 50 minutes overall to get my food. Telling everyone I can find to stay away from this arbys. The management here need to get it together. Unacceptable. Didn't give me a toy or an apple juice for my son either. So good job guys!

  Normally don't visit this location but work near by (no other restaurants really close) and was low on time. Asked for crinkle fries got hard burnt curly fries. and no kidding the last 5 times I have been here I've asked for the Arby's sauce and every single time they don't put it with my order. who wants this big dry sandwich for $13. This is the last time I get fooled, will go hungry before I visit this location again!
